Product Description
The TCC-100F Fully Automatic Cell Counter is designed for automated cell counting and viability assessment in cell culture and life science laboratories. Its integrated imaging system and analysis software support routine cell quantification with minimal manual intervention.
The instrument offers multiple experimental modes, including brightfield counting, Trypan Blue exclusion, AO/PI fluorescence-based viability assessment, GFP and RFP fluorescence analysis. These capabilities support cell concentration measurement, viability evaluation and selected fluorescence-based research applications.
Intelligent image-processing algorithms combine automated cell recognition with analysis of cell morphology and clustering. The software is designed to distinguish cells from debris and other materials, helping reduce manual counting effort.
The TCC-100F also supports data management and export of experimental images, spreadsheet data and PDF reports. Results are stored within the instrument's internal database for subsequent review.
