Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Blot: 10mM Phosphate, pH 7.8, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.1% Tween 20. Note: For chemiluminescence, concentrations are generally lower.
ELISA: 10mM Phosphate, pH 7.8, 0.15M sodium chloride.
Cell Sorting: 10mM HEPES pH 7.5, 0.15M sodium chloride.

Small volumes of Aleuria aurantia lectin vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
