Rapid and reliable cell counting and viability assessment using brightfield imaging.
The TCC-100 Cell Counter from TransGen Biotech is a compact cell analysis instrument designed for rapid determination of cell concentration and viability.
Combining brightfield imaging, trypan blue dye exclusion and intelligent image analysis, the TCC-100 provides an efficient alternative to manual hemocytometer counting for routine cell culture workflows.
Product Description
The TCC-100 Cell Counter is designed to simplify routine cell counting and viability assessment in cell culture laboratories. Using brightfield microscopy and trypan blue dye exclusion, the instrument measures cell concentration and viability through automated image acquisition and analysis.
Its intelligent image analysis algorithms distinguish cells from background noise and debris, helping improve the consistency of counting results while reducing the manual effort associated with traditional hemocytometer methods.
The instrument provides results in approximately 2 to 5 seconds per sample and supports a concentration range from 1 x 104 to 3 x 107 cells/mL. Its specified detection accuracy is ±5%.
A high-definition 5-megapixel color CMOS sensor supports image capture, while the compact optical design and sample loading indicator help facilitate everyday laboratory use. Results can be exported in image, document and spreadsheet formats for subsequent analysis and record keeping.
