Testing Data (TD) of Chicken IgY Isotype Control isotype control
ELISA plate was coated with serially diluted Chicken IgY-UNLB (MBS674847). Immunoglobulin was detected with Goat Anti-Chicken IgY(H+L)-BIOT (MBS673911), Mouse Anti-Chicken IgM-BIOT (MBS673923), and Mouse Anti-Chicken IgA-BIOT (Please inquire) followed by Streptavidin-HRP and quantified.
