-20°CBovine IL-8 is produced by macrophages and released from several cell types in response to an inflammatory stimulus. IL-8 is a member of the chemokine family and as chemotactic factor attracts neutrophils, basophils, and T cells but not monocytes.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 0.01-0.2ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
