LS-F11642 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Mouse HMG1 / HMGB1 in samples of Cell Culture Supernatants, Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of HMG1 / HMGB1 as low as 0.082 nanograms per millilter.
