Description
Neo DMEM High Glucose (4.5 g/L), with L-Glutamine is a basal cell culture medium providing nutrients for mammalian cell growth. Based on Eagle’s Minimum Essential Medium, it contains fourfold higher concentrations of amino acids and vitamins.
Serum supplementation, commonly 10% fetal bovine serum, supplies growth-supporting components absent from the basal medium. Culture requirements should be matched to the cell type.
