Description
NeoPure Universal DNA/RNA Extraction Kit from Neo Biotech is designed for rapid and efficient isolation of microbial DNA and RNA from any sample type, including cells, tissues, and biological fluids.
The optimized reagent chemistry ensures pure DNA/RNA. Nucleic acids selectively bind to the magnetic beads’ surface, while impurities such as salts, metabolites, and soluble macromolecular cellular components are efficiently removed through quick washing steps.
The kit can be readily adapted to automated magnetic bead separation instruments and workstations. The highly pure extracted DNA/RNA is ready for downstream applications, including real-time PCR, qRT-PCR, Sanger sequencing, NGS, PCR, and other enzymatic reactions.
