| Predicted Species Reactivity | Human, Mouse, Rat |
|---|---|
| Product Format | Liquid. Purified antibody is supplied in high phosphate PBS, 100 mm phosphate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.6. |
| Clonality | Polyclonal |
| Host | Rabbit |
| Conjugation | HRP: Horseradish Peroxidase |
| Application | WB, IHC, IF, ELISA |
| Reconstitution and Storage | All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil). Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding. |
| Immunogen | The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived between 178-227 amino acids from the Internal region of human PAK1. |
| Purification | The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. |
| Concentration | 0.6-0.7 mg/ml |
| Specificity | PAK1 (Ab-212) antibody detects endogenous levels of total PAK1 protein. |
| Dilution | The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user. |
| Application Info | WB: 1:500~1:3000; IHC: 1:50~1:100; IF: 1:100~1:500; ELISA: 1:1000 |
