Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or other human heavy or light chain proteins.

Usage

Immunohistochemistry (tissue sections): 1:500-1:5000. Flow Cytometry: 1:200-1:1000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
