Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:5000-1:100000. ELISA: 1:5000-1:100000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:5000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

0.01 M sodium phosphate, 0.25 M sodium chloride, pH 7.6, 15 mg/ml BSA (IgG, protease free).
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 500 µL ddH2O
Storage
