Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:1000-1:5000. In a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

0.01 M Tris chloride, 0.15 M sodium chloride, 0.001 M Magnesium chloride, 0.0001 M Zinc chloride, pH 8, 50% glycerol, 15 mg/ml BSA (IgG, protease free).
