Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin and anti-Goat Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA minimal against other human heavy or light chain proteins.

Usage
Anti-Human K antibody is suitable for ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
