Anti-Human IgG (kappa chain) was produced by repeated immunization with human IgG kappa light chain in goat.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Antibody Anti-Human IgG (kappa chain) is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, and immunohistochemistry assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
