Specificity
Recognizes mouse IgG, IgA, IgM. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase and anti-goat serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c) or human serum proteins.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:6300. Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
