Specificity
Recognizes mouse IgM, F (ab')2. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti phycoerythrin, anti goat serum, mouse IgM, and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against anti pepsin, anti goat IgG F(c), or mouse IgG F(c). Minimum cross-reactivity to human, bovine or horse serum proteins.

Usage
Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis. Flow Cytometry: 1:100 to 1:250 (~1 ug will stain 1x1E6 cells). Immunomicroscopy: 1:100-1:250. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
