Specificity
Recognizes mouse IgG3. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA. Less than 1% cross-reactivity was observed against other Mouse heavy chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunomicroscopy. ELISA: 1:8000 to 1:32000. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
