Protease Inhibitor Mix M is an effective protection against proteolytic degradation in the preparation of extracts from mammalian tissue. The mixture of six protease inhibitors has a broad range of activity against aspartate-, cysteine-, serine- and metallo proteases as well as aminopeptidases. Protease Inhibitor Mix M is free of EDTA and contains AEBSF, Aprotinin, Bestatin, E-64, Leupeptin and Pepstatin A.
Supplied as a kit: each vial is provided with an extra vial of 1 ml DMSO.
The content of 1 vial dissolved in 1 ml DMSO will give a 100-fold concentrate, sufficient for 99 ml extract.
