This product consists of ProteinSafe™ Protease Inhibitor Cocktail, EDTA-free (100×), which contains AEBSF, Aprotinin, Bestatin, E-64, Leupeptin, and Pepstatin A, combined with EDTA. The optimized formulation enables inhibition of virtually all proteases, including serine proteases, cysteine proteases, aspartic proteases, alanyl-aminopeptidases, pepsin, and metalloproteases, thereby providing comprehensive protection against protein degradation.This cocktail is suitable for use in protein purification, Western Blot, Co-IP, ChIP, protein kinase activity assay, etc.
