RND3 (Rho Family GTPase 3, ARHE, Rho8, RhoE, MemB)

This gene encodes a protein which is a member of the small GTPase protein superfamily. The encoded protein binds only GTP but has no GTPase activity, and appears to act as a negative regulator of cytoskeletal organization leading to loss of adhesion. Multiple alternatively spliced variants, encoding the same protein, have been identified.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:200-1:400
ELISA: 1:10,000
Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000
Immunocytochemistry: 1:200-1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
