Superoxide Dismutase 2, Mitochondrial (SOD2) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Human) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of SOD2 in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Sensitivity:
0.31ng/ml

Storage and Stability:
Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
