APAAP complexes are designed for use as detection reagents in immunohistochemistry procedures. They are used in combination with a suitable bridging antibody and appropriate visualization system.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistocheistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry: (Frozen/Paraffin/Resin): 1:30-1:50
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Hybridoma:
Spleen cells from immunized Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
