FFPE RNA Extraction Kit

This kit is optimized for efficiently purifying high-quality total RNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples weighing up to 30 mg, as well as paraffin section curls. The streamlined procedure completely eliminates the need for phenol-chloroform extraction and isopropanol precipitation, allowing for multi-sample processing in under one hour. Utilizing a specialized lysis buffer in combination with Proteinase K, this system effectively reverses crosslinks and releases intact RNA directly from fixed tissues or sectioned blocks.
