The TSP-300 Triple-Block Gradient Thermal Cycler from TransGen Biotech is designed to run three different PCR programs simultaneously, offering flexibility for molecular biology laboratories.
Featuring three independently controlled 32-well blocks, a 10.1-inch touchscreen and heating rates of up to 6°C/s, the instrument supports routine PCR amplification, gradient optimization and parallel experimental workflows.
Product Description
The TSP-300 Triple-Block Gradient Thermal Cycler is a programmable PCR instrument equipped with three independently controlled reaction blocks. Each block accommodates 32 x 0.2 mL PCR tubes, allowing three different PCR programs to run simultaneously.
The independent temperature-gradient functionality enables optimization of annealing temperatures and PCR conditions across different experimental protocols. Its reinforced aluminum modules and Peltier-based temperature control provide rapid heating and cooling, with maximum rates of 6°C/s and 5°C/s, respectively.
A 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen with an Android-based operating system provides graphical program navigation. The instrument supports more than 20,000 programs, adjustable ramping rates, temperature and time increments, and built-in program templates.
Additional functions include automatic restart after a power interruption, USB connectivity, built-in Wi-Fi, computer and mobile application support, email notifications and GLP reports for monitoring experimental runs.
