20x SSC Buffer is a versatile buffer for transfer, blocking and hybridisation in Southern and Northern blotting, for in situ hybridisations and for neutral transfer of RNA. The concentrated powder can be easily dissolved in sterile water. The 20x SSC concentrate can be used pure or in a dilution with concentrations up to 0.5x.
