The raw animal product used in the manufacturing of albumin is derived from materials originating in the contiguous 48 United States and was manufactured in USDA registered plants. The facilities are inspected under certified veterinary care to be free of apparent infectious and contagious diseases. During processing of the product, a batch is heated at 85°C for at least 6 hours. The pH of digestion was carried out at 5.5 or lower.
