Polycarbonate culture tubes are autoclavable, unbreakable, and high clarity (comparable to glass). Manipulate closures on the tubes without worrying about breakage, drop the tubes on your work surface without worrying about broken glass, and since they are lighter than glass the tubes are easier to transport.
Our polycarbonate tubes are compatible with all culture tube closures and test tube racks sold by PhytoTechnology Laboratories. (all sold separately)
