The FLAG tag Peptide (DYKDDDDK) is used as an epitope tag in recombinant protein expression to facilitate detection and purification.The FLAG tag Peptide is used to gently elute FLAG fusion proteins from anti-FLAG M1 and M2 affinity resins(K4628). The typical working concentration is 100 μg/ml. The FLAG tag Peptide will not elute 3X FLAG fusion proteins. For this application, please use the 3X FLAG Peptide(A6001).
