Application Notes for Endogenous Peroxidase Block reagent
1. Deparaffinizate the tissue as described in your protocol.
2. For paraffin sections add few drops of endogenous peroxidase blocking solution for 10 minutes at room temperature. For frozen sections use Endogenous Peroxidase blocking solution (1:10 diluted in methanol) . Rinse slide with distilled water 3X3. Proceed with the protocol.

Other Notes
Small volumes of Endogenous Peroxidase Block reagent vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
