Histone H4, Peptide Substrate, Di-methylated R3 (Biotin)

Biotinylated histone H4 peptide (a.a. 1-21) asymmetrically di-methylated at Arginine 3. It also contains a C-terminal GG linker, followed by a biotinylated Lys.

Application:
Study enzyme kinetics, and screen small molecular inhibitors of PRMT for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
