Specificity
Recognizes human IgM. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-goat serum, human IgM and human serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgG or Human IgA. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at <1% cross-reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
