Description

Polyethylenimine (branched) (MW 10000) (PEI (branched) (MW 10000)) is a cationic polymer widely used as a nonviral nucleotide delivery reagent[1].

In Vitro

Polyethylenimine (branched) (MW 10000) shows low cytotoxic but has limited transfection efficiency compared to high molecular weight PEI[1].
Polyethylenimine (branched) (MW 10000) is frequently subjected to cross-linking with biodegradable linkers to preserve favorable nucleic acid condensation while simultaneously promoting enhanced biocompatibility[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Solvant et solubilité

  • Calculateur de molarité

  • Calculateur de dilution

Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) × Volume (L) × Molecular Weight (g/mol)

Concentration (start) × Volume (start) = Concentration (final) × Volume (final)

This equation is commonly abbreviated as: C1V1 = C2V2
