Description

Heparin Methacrylate (HepMA) is methacrylated heparin and is an ideal tissue engineering scaffold material and 3D printing bioink[1]. Heparin Methacrylate needs to self-assemble into fibrous hydrogel under the action of photoinitiator LAP (HY-44076), and target bioactive adhesion sites, play an inherent supporting role for tissue cells and biodegradable activity.
Application: cell culture, biological 3D printing, tissue engineering, etc.

In Vitro

Instructions:
The recommended concentration for this product is 5% to 20% (w/v) at 30°C to 37°C. Dissolve in aqueous solution or PBS. After complete dissolution, the solution can be sterilized through a 0.22 μm filter.
When using this solution, avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
This product is used in combination with the blue light initiator LAP (HY-44076) for cross-linking and curing under 365-405 nm light.
