-20°CCD1a is strongly expressed on cortical thymocytes and dendritic cells and disappear at later stages of maturation.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1ug/10e6 cells in 100ul
Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1- 2ug/ml
Immunoprecipitation: 1-2ug/100-500ug of total cell lysate protein
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
