Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgM and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Does not cross react with other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Western Blot, ELISA, Immunoelectrophoresis, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:90000. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500 to 1:5000 (tissue sections). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
