Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgG or IgM. Specificity was confirmed at less than 1% against other human heavy or light chain isotypes by ELISA.

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using Streptavidin Streptavidin (HRP) and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
