Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-Rabbit Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:2000-1:4000. Use pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
