Specificity
Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgM and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against mouse IgG or mouse IgA. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other mouse heavy and light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for Western Blot (western or dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:20000 to 1:80000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
