Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity Analysis, Protein-DNA Interaction, Protein- Protein Interaction and Tissue-Specific Expression Identification.

Additional Data Supplied: All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6months at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Applications
Preparation:|Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70°C.||Quality Control:|1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot.|2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot.||Form: Supplied as a liquid in HEPES, pH 7.9, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, EDTA, sucrose, glycerol, sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors.||Concentration:~5mg/ml||Important Note: This product is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications.
