STEMNet 2026

The STEMNet 2026 is the Third International Meeting of the StemNet Federation, a collaborative network of major Italian stem cell research associations. This two-day event will take place on Thursday and Friday, 12–13 March 2026 at the Zanhotel Europa in Bologna, Italy, and will bring together researchers working on advanced stem cell science and translational cell therapy.

Scientific Programme

The programme will include a rich series of scientific sessions highlighting recent advances in basic and translational stem cell research. Key features of the meeting include:  

• Multiple Scientific Sessions showcasing progress in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine. 
• Next Generation Session organised by early-career researchers, promoting participation of young scientists.
• Poster Presentations featuring peer-reviewed research outputs.
• Young Investigator Awards honouring outstanding contributions from early-career researchers; the top three posters will each receive a 500 € award. 
• Invited Speakers from Italian and international institutions presenting cutting-edge research.
