Amivantamab (Anti-c-Met) is a human antibody that recognizes the MET proto-oncogene (MET) and can be used in cancer-related research.

Method: TNBC cell lines: MDA-MB-231 and BT549 were incubated with amivantamab at concentrations ranging from 15 µg/mL to 1000 µg/mL for 48 h, followed by cell cytotoxicity assay.
Result: Amivantamab presented antitumor activity in MDA-MB-231 and BT-549 cells.^[1]

Method: 5×10^6 MDA-MB-231 cells with 100 µL phosphate buffered saline (PBS) were injected subcutaneously adjacent to the mice to establish the Breast cancer model. Mice model treated intravenous injections of amivantamab at dose of 30 mg/kg every four days for 2 weeks. The growth of mice weights and tumors volume were recorded every 3 days.
Result: Amivantamab safely inhibited TNBC progression in mice.^[1]
