BioChain’s CancerSeq AMS formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues are non-small-cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) tumor tissues that have been prescreened extensively for single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and insertions & deletions (indels). Targeted Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), using Thermo Fisher’s Ion AmpliSeq panel, was performed to identify mutations and mutational hotspots in 35 well-characterized genes that are associated with oncology.
