Description
The product CSB-E09063h is an indirect qualitative ELISA kit developed to access the presence of human anti-cytomegalovirus(CMV) antibody (IgG) in serum. The enzyme-substrate chromogenic reaction is also used to amplify the signal and quantify the levels of the analyte through the intensity of the colored product. The color intensity positively correlates with the amount of CMV Ab IgG bound in the initial step. If the O.D. value of the sample is greater than or equal to the Cutoff value, it demonstrated that the sample contains CMV Ab IgG. Otherwise, the result is negative. CMV is a common...
