Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a 150kD soluble protein that serves as a major effector molecule of the humoral immune response in man. Its concentration in blood plasma of healthy individuals is approximately 10 g/l, which accounts for about 75% of the total plasma immunoglobulins. IgG has the highest stability of blood immunoglobulins (T1/2 = 21 days) and is able of placental transfer. IgG is secreted by plasma cells at a comparably high rate as other immunoglobulins.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: 1-5ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
