-20°CThe expression of MAP2 is developmentally regulated and its multiple forms arise by alternative splicing of a single gene.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml for 2hrs at RT.
Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6 for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control:
IMR-5 or T98G human glioblastoma cells or brain.
Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
