ProteinSafeTM Protease Inhibitor Cocktail, EDTA-free (100×) is a ready-to-use mixture of six protease inhibitors (AEBSF, Aprotinin, Bestatin, E-64, Leupeptin, and Pepstatin A) that has been optimized to protect proteins from being digested by endogenous proteases, including serine protease, cysteine protease, aspartic acid protease, alanyl-aminopeptidase and pepsin. This cocktail is suitable for use in protein purification, Western Blot, Co-IP, ChIP, protein kinase activity assay, etc.
