Applications
Preparation:|Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70°C.||Quality Control:|1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot.|2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot.||Storage and Stability:|Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.||Important Note: This product is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications.
