Description

Preparation of Working Wash Buffer: Dilute the supplied 20 mL of 25X Wash Buffer concentrate with 480 mL of deionized water. If crystals are present in the concentrate, allow the solution to warm to room temperature and gently mix until the crystals are completely dissolved before use.
